Troubleshooting Made Easy

Step 1: Have you consulted your Installation & Operations manual? When a problem arises, your Installation and Operations manual is a valuable first step. Each manual includes a dedicated troubleshooting section designed to help you quickly identify and resolve common issues—saving time and potentially avoiding the need for technical support. Step 2: Have you checked these basics first? These quick checks often resolve common issues and can save you time.

  • Ensure electrical cords are securely plugged in and circuit breakers are on.
  • Confirm gas line quick-disconnects are properly connected.
  • Make sure all gas line cutoff valves are open.
  • Verify frypot drain valves are fully closed.

  • Equipment serial number. This helps us identify the exact model and configuration you're working with.

  • Error codes or messages. If your equipment displays any error codes, make note of them.
  • Photos or videos (if available). Visuals can help our team quickly understand the issue.
  • Recent changes or maintenance. Let us know if any parts were replaced, settings adjusted, or updates performed recently.
  • Your contact information. Include your name, phone number, and best time to reach you.
